1) Buying on-line
You can buy on-line. We use PAYPAL. This is a well used international system and has become a trusted method of payment. We use PAYPAL as you can use several different types of credit cards to pay for the item. If you have one not recognised, pay by cheque. Email me for details. Our prices are in New Zealand dollars.

2) Our Refund Policy

If you buy a product from us which you find to be defective on arrival, you may return the product within seven days and we will send you a replacement within 30 days.
If we fail to provide you with a replacement within 30 days, you may ask for a full refund in cash.

3) Website Features
You can use the online catalogue by following the "catalogue" link and there is still a search engine in the top right hand corner of that page.
You can also still listen to free audio samples on-line in the "Voice Vault". Check that out in the Voice Vault (see menu).
